Fairshare Hours

Not your standard IT Support

Our monthly contracts come with "Fairshare Hours". Based on a number of factors, including number of users, complexity of infrastructure, distance and the needs of other clients, the number of hours of support and maintenance included in any given month is not a fixed value. It will vary, but always includes at least a minimum number agreed at the outset of the contract.

This means that some months you may get more support than others, if you need it, for no additional cost. There are no hours to roll over or any complex calculations. If the amount of support you need in any month becomes unusually high, some of those hours may become chargeable.
